What happens when my trial ends?
If you don't continue, you keep your data and your account goes back to the Free plan. No surprise charges.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately. On Team, adding or removing a teammate adjusts your bill automatically (prorated).
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, on request: pay 10 months and get 12 (2 months free). Contact us and we'll switch your subscription.

The shared app suits most teams: sign up and start in a minute. Choose a dedicated instance when you need full data isolation, your own domain, SSO, or an SLA — typically from 20–30 users or for regulated organisations.
